Yet another request to Ben Bradshaw MP (ignored)

Chad/Cameroon PipelinePosted by Sheila Oliver Thu, January 12, 2017 17:44:46

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the following regulations from the International Maritime Organization and it is clear that the Chad/Cameroon Pipeline Offshore floating storage tanker is obsolete but still in service.

The offshore floating storage tanker, the Komi Kribi 1, is a Category One(1) Single - hull tanker, therefore became obsolete on its 30th birthday. This tanker was built in 1977; hence past its sell by date.

This is a serious breach of International Maritime Organization regulations (see attached). Hence, I call upon my MP to write to the DFID and World Bank calling for this tanker to be replaced with a double hull tanker in line with IMO regulations.

Maybe Boris Johnston could have a word with Rex Tillerson about this serious safety and environmental matter!

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Mr Bercow, over to you.

Att Mr John Bercow.

Speaker of the House of Commons

Dear Mr Speaker

Please cast you mind back to 2004-05 and your concerns for public safety and public funds ref the subject title. Some 10 years on, it would appear the Chad/Cameroon Pipeline(CCP) is still a boondogle and has made no difference to the local population ref elimination of poverty. In fact, the situation is far worse now and the CCP is still operating in a legal void and oil revenues are still being diverted to purchase arms.

Please see Hansard Answers which carries approx 70/75 questions from you personally as Shadow Minister for the DFID. This reports supports your allegations were indeed well founded.

I would be most grateful if you would follow this up with the World Bank/EIB please.

with thanks

Yours sincerely

Alan M Dransfield.

Compliance Advice Ombudsman

World Bank

Dear Sirs
Please see the following Amnesty International (AI) report which claims the human rights of thousands of people along the Chad Cameroon Pipeline have been breached by the World Bank and Exxonmobil.

The AI report supports my claims the Chad Cameroon Pipeline has been operating in a legal void ref Human Rights for several years.

For your information, action and files.

Great dangers for local people

Dear Sir

As you are aware, I am on record with you about the subject title, and I believe you have not taken me seriously. The theft of public funds is a secondary issue. My primary concerns are related to the health and safety of thousands of people along the 1070 km of the Chad/Cameroon Pipeline (CCP). TheCCP is STILL operating in a legal void by virtue of the fact the mandatory Area Specific Oil Spill Response Plans (ASOSRP) are STILL not in place, which contravenes International Laws and CCP contract terms of conditions and WB Polices and Procedures.

I call upon your office to meet me in person and discuss these matters in finer detail. In the event you are too busy to meet me, may I suggest a conference call.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

2500 tonnes of gold at £37m per tonne

Chad/Cameroon PipelinePosted by Sheila Oliver Mon, June 02, 2014 17:02:04

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the attached Lloyds Insurance Brokers Certificate for the 2500 tonns of gold which Mr Marcos kindly safeguarded for the World Bank/IMF.

2500 tonnes at £37million dollars per ton; that's a lot of zeros Mr Bradshaw.

The incredible thing is that this is NOT an April Fool's joke:-

Too little, too late

Chad/Cameroon PipelinePosted by Sheila Oliver Sat, October 12, 2013 08:32:02

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

The World Bank Ombudsman report ref the subject title which I sent you earlier today is too little, too late because too much damage had been done along the 1070 km of the Pipeline between Chad and Cameroon.

The WB are now spending thousands of dollars investigating what went wrong on the Chad Cameroon Pipeline but I must question the honesty, morals and integrity if the World Bank, DFID, USAID, EU Bank and a host of other International Governments and most importantly, Exxonmobil, who have flagrantly and wilfully abused human rights and stolen international funds.

This latest WB inquiry is no more than lip service because the WB ran away from the Chad/ Cameroon Pipeline in Sept 2008. Hence, they officially washed their hands on that Pipeline in Sep 2008.

Please point this out to the current crop of World Bank Board of Directors which included George Osbourne.

For your information action and files

Yours sincerely

John Bercow

Chad/Cameroon PipelinePosted by Sheila Oliver Sat, October 12, 2013 08:05:34

Email sent - 12 October 2013 07:52

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I would be most grateful if you would pass on a copy of this World Bank report to the Speaker if the House, the Rt Hon John Bercow because he was the Shadow Secretary for the DFID whilst all these shannagins were going on on the Chad Cameroon Pipeline.

So concerned was Mr Bercow that he raised 60/70 questions in the House of Commons which can be verified in Hanson Answers approx 2003/05.

I am sure the current speaker will raise these series of fraud and malfeasance related to the Chad/Cameroon Pipeline.

With thanks
