RIDDOR/Wind Turbines

Dear Mr Bradshaw

In appreciate such matters are outside your remit, but I wish to keep you informed of dangerous events which I claim threaten the general public and the environment.

I refer to the wind turbines which are non-complaint to HSE separation guidelines.

In particular I refer to the two wind turbines installed at:

1. Pennygillam Ind Est Launceston

2. Swanton Morely VC School in Norfolk.

I have reported these incidents, which I claim come under the Health and Safety Executive Reporting Injuries Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences ( RIDDOR) As you are aware, the HSE has imposed a lifetime ban against me for reporting H&S issues, hence I have no alternative other than to use the RIDDOR online reporting form.

For your information,action and files

Your sincerely

"Vexatious" to question the safety of PFI schools construction - still

PFI SchoolsPosted by Sheila Oliver Sat, April 23, 2016 06:49:24
Email sent - Fri 22/04/2016 21:27

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please see the Upper TierTribunal decision to refuse my application to appeal the First Tier Tribunal decision ref the ISA Private Finance Initiative college in Exeter, which we all know is a health and safety time-bomb and a boondogle.

There is breaking news from Scotland that the PFI schools are falling down in a breeze, and these idiots at the Upper Tier Tribunal are claiming I have no chance of success. The only reason I have no chance of success is the fraudsters at the Information Commissioner's Office and UT are obstructing me.

I call upon my MP to write to the Minster of Justice about this Dransfield Vexatious Bullshit.

Yours in disgust

Dransfield

Reporting the danger to Ben Bradshaw MP

WindfarmsPosted by Sheila Oliver Fri, April 22, 2016 07:39:07
Email sent - Fri 22/04/2016 06:56

Dear Mr Bradshaw

I appreciate this is outside your remit but I call upon my MP to write to the Education Minister and protest against the installation of wind turbines in school playgrounds as this photo clearly demonstrates.

The Board of Governors at this school are jumping on the profit bandwagon at the cost of child safety.

As you are aware, collapsing wind turbines are quite common, and even if it doesn't collapse there is a danger of falling blades or ice. There is also the increased danger of lightning strikes.

I fully appreciate this particular wind turbine is a small size in comparison, but I can safely say this wind turbine is non- compliant to HSE guidelines for separation and should not be allowed.

For your information,action and files

Yours sincerely

Swanton Morley Primary School Wind Turbine

Dear Sir or Madam

Please provide me with all information you hold on the wind turbine recently installed at your school. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact this wind turbine is non-compliant to HSE separation safety guidelines.

For child safety, I would recommend a security fence is installed to prevent the children's access to the wind turbine to say at least 100 metres. It would be safer and more cost-effective to remove the wind turbine completely owing to the imminent dangers to the children and teachers.

With thanks

Yours sincerely

Dransfield was right; Information Commissioner Graham was lethally wrong.

Dear Mr Bradshaw

During my recent research into Scottish PFI school dangers I have learned of one fatal accident already in April 2014 when an internal wall in the school gymnasium collapsed killing the 12-year-old schoolgirl. The school involved was Liberton High School. Whether or not this particular school is a PFI school I know not at this juncture, but intend to find out.

An internal wall in any building should not fall down; hence, this death could and should have been avoided. Whether or not the walls at Exeter PFI schools are in danger of falling down I don't know, but until I see the As Built Health and Safety files for each school I will not stop.

For your urgent action and files

Yours in disgust

Dransfield

Information Commissioner Graham has the blood of children on his hands

PFI SchoolsPosted by Sheila Oliver Tue, April 19, 2016 08:02:37
Email sent - 18/04/2016 22:34

Dear Mr Graham

I fervently do believe you have blood on your hands and in particular I refer to the 12-year-old schoolgirl who was killed when a wall collapsed at Liberton School Edinburgh. This incident (not accident) could and should have been avoided. In my view this loss of life should go on record as wilful negligence/manslaughter.

As you are aware, the ICO decision GIA/3037/2011 dated 28th Jan 2013 was some 15 months prior to the death of the school girl, and if the ICO had not acted in a cavalier/unlawful manner ref the GIA/3037 case, the Liberton School faults may have been identified via a FOIA request.

I am not prepared to name the 12-year-old schoolgirl who was killed by the falling wall because I do not wish to put the poor family through any further torment .

I have no doubt it won't be much longer either before your hands are bloodied again by the unlawful use of the Dransfield Vexatious BS which, will allow life-threatening dangers at UK schools to remain undetected.

Your etc

Dransfield

4 serious accidents at PFI Schools

PFI SchoolsPosted by Sheila Oliver Tue, April 19, 2016 07:57:16
Email sent - 19/04/2016 06:32

Dear Mr Bradshaw MP

I appreciate this is outside your remit but I am merely highlighting the dangers of PFI schools in Scotland.

Liberton school in Edinburgh has had four (4) serious incidents in as many years:-

1. Child killed by collapsed wall.

2. Child seriously hurt falling thru a lift shaft.

3. Child seriously injured by falling goal post.

4. School closed due to serious structural faults. It sounds more like a Carry on Film than a PFI school!

With thanks
