Kensington Council

Dear Mr Yu

So, how can you know my original email FOIA request was lost? I will now submit a brand new FOIA for the Grenfell Tower fire.

Please provide me with the following details:

1. A copy of the As Built Health and Safety File for the refurbishment works completed in 2015.

2. A copy of the Internal and External Audit Report for the Council ISO 9000 series.

3. A copy of the approved Fire Risk Assessment for Grenfell

4. A copy of the Kensington Council Risk Assessment for the Grenfell Refurbishment works.

5. A copy of the tender bid process for the Grenell Refurbishment works.

6. A copy of the Lightning protection Certificate for the Grenfell Tower Block.

With thanks

Dear Mr. Dransfield,

Could you re-send your FOI request to me please? It wasn’t forwarded to us when you made the request and it doesn’t appear in the email chain.

Once I have your request I will start processing it.

I apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

Yours sincerely

Kensington Council

Dear Sirs

You have not responded to me within your stated response time. Owing to the gravity and sensitivity of the Grenfell Tower Fire, I would be grateful, if you would treat my FOIA request as an emergency please and fast track it.

With thanks

Yours sincerely
